Out-of-Network Fees
Individual Counseling: $100 per 55-minute session
Marriage or Pre-marital Counseling: $160 per 75 minute session (PLEASE NOTE: Insurance plans DO NOT pay for Marriage or Pre-marital Counseling services).
Full-time College Students: $70 per 55 minute session

In-Network Insurance Plans
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am a panel provider for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, CIGNA, 1199 and Value Options Plans (GHI).   Please check your plan coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per counseling session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment Options
Cash, check and money orders made payable to: "FaithWorks, PLLC" are accepted for payment.  Current FaithWorks clients can make VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER CARD payments by clicking on the "Pay Now" button here:

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
